With the Epic upgrade happening on Monday, June 1^st, 2020, you will see a few changes in registration. The biggest change is a redesign to the Document Table, as shown below.  This quick guide covers the updates and changes in greater detail. 

Because of this redesign, some items were moved to the Interactive Face Sheet, and the Documents & Add’l Info form has been changed to Documents, where you can view the Document Table. 

The Additional Patient Items can now be accessed from the hyperlink on the IFS. So, if you need to view or add a UHS MRN, a patient type, or other MRNs, just click the Additional Patient Information hyperlink.
