Dr. Carlos Rosende Addresses Texas' Physician Shortage

KENS 5 interviewed Dr. Carlos Rosende, executive director, UT Health Physicians, about a recent report from the  Association of American Medical Colleges stating that Texas is facing a shortage of doctors. The study says that when it comes to primary care, the state of Texas at the bottom of the pack, ranking 47th out of the 50 states for having an adequate number of primary care physicians for the population.
