OnBase has replaced ComplyTrack
by Practice Operations

Learn about our recent discontinuation of ComplyTrack and adoption of new, easy tracking with OnBase forms for reporting incidents, patient complaints and patient dismissal requests.

There is a new, easy way to submit incident reports, patient complaints and patient dismissal requests. On August 31, 2019 UT Health San Antonio discontinued our use of ComplyTrack and began using OnBase forms for this type of reporting.

We all own the responsibility of reporting incidents and logging the feedback we receive from our patients. Not only does it ensure we remain in compliance, it's how we take care of our patients and each other.

What you should know:

  • The OnBase forms are an interim solution as our practice leadership reviews new options for efficiently logging and processing this very important information.

  • All policies and procedures for reporting remain the same. You will be notified should any policies or procedures change.

  • Links to ComplyTrack have been removed from your desktop and from the intranet site.

  • An OnBase desktop shortcut with access to all of the forms has been added to your desktop with the name, “Incident Management”.
