Message from the executive director
On Tuesday, UT Health San Antonio began administering the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for Tier 1A1 and 1A2. The vaccines will take place in the School of Nursing’s Hurd Auditorium. These two tiers of vaccine recipients are aligned with the CDC’s tiered recommendations for administration.

SECURITY ALERT: COVID-19 vaccine related cyberattacks
Emerging guidance from state and federal agencies indicate that cyber criminals are now aggressively targeting the health care community with COVID-19 vaccine related attacks. Threats include phishing, fraud, scams, ransomware and denial of service campaigns, as well as attempts to disrupt vaccine supply chains and/or drug diversion.
