Practice Health Survey

It is the same survey that has been sent periodically over the past two years and takes less than five minutes to complete. It is completely anonymous and gives you an opportunity to share your experience and opinions with leadership. The deadline to complete the survey is June 15, 2020.


Changes to Prelude and Registration with Epic Upgrade

The Epic upgrade occurring Monday, June 1st  will result in some changes in registration. The biggest change is a redesign to the Document Table. Use this quick guide for help navigating the changes you'll see after the upgrade.


With the Epic upgrade happening on Monday, June 1st, 2020, you will see a few changes in registration. The biggest change is a redesign to the Document Table, as shown below.  This quick guide covers the updates and changes in greater detail. 

Because of this redesign, some items were moved to the Interactive Face Sheet, and the Documents & Add’l Info form has been changed to Documents, where you can view the Document Table. 

 

The Additional Patient Items can now be accessed from the hyperlink on the IFS. So, if you need to view or add a UHS MRN, a patient type, or other MRNs, just click the Additional Patient Information hyperlink.
