Wear Red for Heart Month & Valentine's Day
 
 

In observance of Heart Month, everyone is encouraged to wear red shirts with their uniform scrub bottoms EVERY Friday in February!

 

Additionally, show your love by wearing Valentine’s Day-themed shirts with your uniform scrub bottoms on Tuesday, 2/14/23.

Mays Cancer Center led studies of innovative breast cancer drug that recently gained FDA approval
 
 

On January 27, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a novel drug therapy, elacestrant, a treatment for postmenopausal women and adult men with ER+/HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Mays Cancer Center served as the lead site for the study evaluating Phase I and Phase III of the clinical trial.

The Battle of Flowers holiday will be observed April 28. It's a mission-critical day for clinical operations. Employees who need to work that day to support UT Health Physicians and clinical operations will receive a banked holiday to use within 12 months. See more details.
