Wednesday, 4/26: We make magic happen! Dress up as a magician or Harry Potter character!
Thursday, 4/27: Real heroes work in health care! Pick your favorite superhero and rock a cape!
Friday, 4/28:Battle of the Flowers Day! Show off your Fiesta Flair or rock a UT Spirit shirt!
The following rules apply:
All costumes must be worn with uniform blue scrub bottoms.
No large brand names or logos are allowed.
No obscene words, gestures or symbols are allowed.
If an employee’s shirt is deemed inappropriate for the workplace, they will be sent home to change and vacation leave will be used to make up their time.

The 2023 UT Health San Antonio Fiesta medals can be purchased for $12 each and medals from previous years are available for $5 each. Purchases can only be made with cash or checks made out to UT Health San Antonio.

With a growing population of older adults and a rising incidence of neurological diseases, San Antonio has recognized the need for a collaborative effort in research and treatment. UT Health San Antonio will soon build a $100 million Center for Brain Health, which will house the Glenn Biggs Institute for Alzheimer’s and neurodegenerative diseases. Other neurologists in the center will care for patients with Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, peripheral neuropathy and other disorders.
The Battle of Flowers holiday will be observed April 28. It's a mission-critical day for clinical operations. Employees who need to work that day to support UT Health Physicians and clinical operations will receive a banked holiday to use within 12 months. See more details.
